Lighthouse Tours Experience the mystique of these wonderful structures and the stories that go with them. Hear the stories of shipwrecks, mysteries and the interesting and unique life of the lighthouse keepers and their families as told by former lighthouse services personnel. You can also stay over at the newly renovated accommodation at some of the lighthouses. The tour is not restricted to lighthouses and includes visits to the other tourist attractions in the area.


Event tours Tours can be arranged to coincide with certain events and festivals such as the Klein Karoo National Arts Festival, the Grahamstown National Arts Festival, the Whale Festival in Hermanus or many others.


West Coast Flower Tour (Aug-Sept) During August and September, especially after a good rainy season, the arid landscape of the West Coast of the Western and Northern Cape is transformed into a spectacular show with carpets of flowers spread over the landscape. Three, four or five day tours can be arranged to view this magnificent spectacle. Contact us and we can advise you on the state of the flowers and put together a tour for you.


Gourmet Food and Wine Tours (4 days, 3 nights) This is a tour designed for the aficionado of good food and wine. We tour the Western Cape region tasting good wine and visiting interesting tourist attractions of the region. In the evenings we relax at one of the guesthouses renowned for their cuisine. A "hands on" cooking demonstration can also be arranged for the more adventurous.


Stargazers Tour (3 days, 2 nights) Leave Cape Town on day one and travel to historical Matjiesfontein via Worcester and Touwsrivier. Along the way we can stop at the open air agricultural museum which will give you an insight of the agricultural progress through the years. We overnight at the Lord Milner Hotel at Matjiesfontein where you can enjoy a traditional meal from the area.

On day two we proceed to Sutherland where we visit the South African Astronomical Observatory and see the massive South African Large Telescope. We also have time to visit the other attractions in the area. We overnight at Sutherland and enjoy a typical South African Braai (Barbeque) under the stars. On day three we return to Cape Town and arrive late afternoon.
